Returns

We are currently not accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges. All Sales are final.

We don't accept returns, refund, or exchanges cause of item not working out or item not meeting expectations, or case of allergic reaction, all SALE items are also will not be quality for any returns, refund or exchange. For any return or refunds questions please reach out to info@naturerepublicusa.com. 

In case of return was accepted for special occasion, item must be in the same condition that you received it. unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Any used item will be not be accept for return.


Promotion Items

Any Promotion item such Goodie, or free gift can NOT be replaced or return, due to damage. All Promotion items are inspected by our shipping department before it ship out. Some of the promotion items might be missing promotion item due to high demand, will be replaced to another promotional item or will not ship We can not guarantee promotional item due to limited number of promotional item..

Damaged or missing packages

Nature Republic is NOT responsible for any damaged or missing packages/products took place during the transportation process. However, we do offer Route+ Shipping insurance that would cover for any damaged or missing packages. Click here to read more

By opting out of automatic Route+ Shipping insurance during checkout, you agree that Nature Republic is not responsible for any damaged or missing packages/products took place during the transportation process.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any orders that contain promotional items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping fee will not be refunded if the package has been shipped out. Shipping fee will be refunded if and only if you ask us for a refund before the package has been shipped out.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@naturerepublicusa.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email and we will give you an instruction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Free shipping does not qualify for international shipping.

Free shipping over $75 will not be available in selected states. ( ALASKA, AMERICAN SAMOA, MICRONESIA, GUAM, HAWAII, MARSHALL ISLANDS, NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS, PALAU, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, ARMED FORCES AMERICAS, ARMED FORCES EUROPE AND ARMED FORCES PACIFIC) + international area due to increase of shipping charges.
